Why Study Spanish?
Over 340 million people who live in Spain, 18 Latin American countries, Puerto Rico, Equatorial Guinea, the Philippines, and the United States speak Spanish. It is the second most common language in the US and the third most commonly spoken language in the world. It is expected that the Spanish-speaking population in the US will reach 70 million by 2020!
