Due to increased enrollment, Puxico R-8 School District is seeking an instructional aide to assist in our Mingo Technical High School Program for the 2026-2027 school year.
This position will follow the Mingo Technical High School calendar and work approximately 11 months per year, with two weeks of scheduled time off during the winter and summer. This role is eligible for full benefits, paid time off, and participation in the Missouri PEERS retirement system.
Qualifications Include:
* Eligibility for a substitute certificate
* Ability to pass all required background checks
* Strong organizational and communication skills
* Ability to work well with teenagers and staff
* Willingness to assist with instruction and student support
* Basic computer skills and the ability to utilize online learning platforms
Compensation for this position will be based on the Puxico R-8 Classified Salary Schedule for teacher aides.
