Puxico R-8 School District

Due to internal movement, Puxico R-8 School District is seeking a dynamic English Language Arts Teacher to serve students in grades 7-8 at Puxico Junior High for the 2026-2027 school year.

The district welcomes inquiries regarding extracurricular opportunities including coaching, school activities, and club sponsorships. Motivated applicants are encouraged to submit applications as soon as possible.

Qualifications:

* Applicants must hold or be eligible for a Missouri State Teaching Certificate
* Strong communication and classroom management skills
* Passion for supporting junior high students academically and personally
* Ability to collaborate effectively with staff, students, and families
