Tonight the girls play their home opener for high school basketball season. They will be playing one game at 6:00 against Delta. SCAA tickets guarantee a seat and 100 additional seats will be available.
Tournament play continues tonight for the JV boy's basketball team. They have made it to the championship game against Kelly. Game time is 8:30 in Bell City. Passes are required for entry. Proudly representing Puxico FFA this past weekend at the Magnolia Classic in Jackson Mississippi was Freshman Lily Stephens. It was a national show with over 600 head of cattle present. Lily’s steer earned third in his class and her heifer received Reserve Grand Champion in her class. Outstanding job Lily! We are very proud of you!

The boys JV team kicks off their Bell City tournament this evening at 5:30. Passes are also required.
Junior high basketball season comes to an end with a second place finish in the SCAA tournament for the 8th grade boys. These boys worked hard the entire game. Very proud of both our teams.

Tomorrow the high school boys travel to Leopold for their preseason jamboree. No spectators allowed at the jamboree.

Both the 7th and 8th grade basketball teams advanced to the next round of the SCAA tournament. 7th grade will play Dexter at 6:45 tomorrow evening. 8th grade follows at 8:00 with Bloomfield. SCAA tickets are required.

We are very proud of the Jr. High Boys Basketball & Cheerleaders for wrapping up their regular season tonight at home against Chaffee.
